The founder and principal is Sean Curtis, ACIS, MMII. He was formerly Group Head of Communications with Irish Life & Permanent plc., one of Ireland's largest financial institutions where he was responsible for the development of the internal communications infrastructure and strategy. He has extensive experience in internal communications strategies during major change programmes having been responsible for this function during a number of mergers and acquisitions.

Previously he was Head of Marketing with TSB Bank in which role he had responsibility for the development, implementation and management of the Bank's marketing strategies as well as the Product Development Function, Business Planning and both the internal and external communications functions.
